Awaken with Ra is a part of Spiritual Leaders Institute, a registered non-profit religious organization in California. Ra is a Spiritual Awakening Mentor. These terms describe what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you use this website, our teachings and our tools. By using them you agree to these terms. Updated 7 November 2026.
The teachings
Everything shared here, on our channels and in our gatherings is offered for your own spiritual exploration. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a doctor, a counsellor or your local emergency services first. What you do with the teachings is your own choice and your own responsibility.
Using this website
- When you join the waitlist or apply for mentorship, please give details that are yours and true. How we handle them is described in our privacy policy.
- Please do not try to disrupt the website, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send unwanted messages.
- Gatherings, retreats, mentorship and community offerings each carry the details given when you join them, such as dates, donation levels and what happens if plans change. Those details sit alongside these terms.
Our content
The words, videos, images and recordings on this website and our channels belong to Spiritual Leaders Institute or are used with permission. You are welcome to watch, read and share links to them. Please do not copy, sell or republish them as your own without asking us first.
Our tools and connected services
We use software of our own to publish videos to our YouTube channel and other social accounts. These tools act only on accounts that belong to Awaken with Ra, with Ra's permission, and they do not collect anything from visitors to this website. Where a tool connects to a third-party service such as Google or YouTube, that service's own terms also apply to our use of it.
No promises
We offer this website and its content as they are. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be free of errors or interruptions, or that any particular result will follow from the teachings. To the extent the law allows, Spiritual Leaders Institute and the Awaken with Ra team are not liable for losses that arise from using this website or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
